We would like to inform you that in support of upcoming changes to the new European data protection law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are updating our terms and conditions agreement effective on May 15th, 2018.

Your privacy comes first in all of these updates, and you can learn more about them by checking our new terms of service.

The main changes introduced by the new Terms of Service are:

• Introduction of a section for Privacy;
• Clarifications on the data (including web site cookies) collected and processed by 123FormBuilder by default on any form, clarifying the scope, retention period as well as location of data;
• Clarifications on the user individual's rights related to their personal data collected;
• Details on security measures taken by 123FormBuilder;
• Notifications mechanisms and the appropriate way to adapt based on your needs;
• Responsibilities over the collected and processed data;
• Contact information of our Data Protection Officer.

By continuing to use our product on or after Ma‍y 15th, 20‍18, you are agreeing to the updated 123FormBuilder agreement. If you do not agree, you can choose to discontinue using our product before these terms become effective.

Secure login. Because we value your account security, you now have the possibility to login your 123ContactForm account using a secure connection. Just click the Secure Login link on our homepage.

Secure forms. Now you can use secure forms, encrypted using the well-known SSL protocol. With a simple click in the Get Html page, you can SSL-enable your form, and your visitors will be confident that the data they submit with your forms cannot be viewed by unauthorised persons. More details, on our forums. SSL encryption is an advanced feature, and can be used only by Platinum users.

Custom form URL. Now you can customize the URL of your forms, from the Get Html page. This is especially useful for the ones who use the form directly from our site (Option 1 on Get Html page).

We are looking forward to your feedback, and we invite you to send us suggestions for features you want us to develop.
